WHAT IS ZENDEX?

ZENDEX is a hybrid CLOB/AMM decentralized exchange on Base, built for a regulated 2026 environment. It combines institutional-grade execution with compliance-native privacy, purpose-built to capture the full value of the Horizen-to-Base migration.

CORE ENGINE: HYBRID LIQUIDITY MODEL

ZENDEX uses a Dual-Engine Execution layer:

CLOB (Central Limit Order Book):

An on-chain/off-chain hybrid order book designed for professional market makers and institutional tight-spread trading. Handles high-value, low-slippage volume.

Uni V2 AMM Backstop:

A constant-product AMM (x * y = k) serving as the infinite liquidity floor. If the order book is cleared during a massive trade, the AMM absorbs the overflow.

Smart Router:

A proprietary execution wrapper enabling Atomic Multi-Route Trades. Splits a single transaction across the CLOB and AMM simultaneously to minimize price impact for multi-million dollar orders.

COMPLIANCE AND PRIVACY

ZENDEX is built for a regulated environment without sacrificing anonymity:

ZK-Passport Integration:

Users verify their identity locally on their own hardware devices. ZENDEX only receives a Zero-Knowledge Proof confirming the user is Compliant or Authorized (e.g., Non-US, Accredited, or KYC-passed) without ever accessing personal data.

Large trades can be executed within a shielded environment, preventing Alpha Leakage where whale activity is tracked on-chain before execution is complete.
